Look at my cucumber, so green and so mellow,
slice and dice, watch the juice flow out, oh so yellow,
like sweet lemonade, glorious like the summer dawn,
oh picklejuice, I would love to drink you on the lawn,
alas, cruel fate separates us from each other,
you can’t come back, try as you may, don’t even bother,
my beloved cucumber, dearly missed your essence
will be, my grief sated by your empty absence.
